It isn't. This is a brand new board. There's a lot coming, new things every day: Things to help those developing their psychic sense, those who want to work with past life recall, those who have paranormal issues, and those who simply want to grow as amazing balanced human beings, find the most manageable ways to do this.
When you first join, you won't be able to see much. We have a Newbie Lounge where you can start posting and let us get to know you, and you'll be able to see the Rules, The Psychic School and Psychic Directories. But there are two dozen other forums awaiting you when you become a full member, on many topics of psychic, reincarnation, and other paranormal subjects.
The rules have been developed based on years of being in communities like this, and seeing what can happen if they're not in place. If you feel that you will not be able to agree with the rules then this is not the place for you: They will not change. We do have methods of dealing with negative energy here, but dark beliefs and practices, their methods and their lore, are not allowed. They must be left outside the door.
This board is unlike any psychic/paranormal board you have found before. Give it some time. You may find it the most useful and dependable board of information you have ever found.
